This is the first step to healing by talking about your present life journey and traumas. Going through your paperwork and collecting important information relevant to putting your life puzzle together.

From here, we should be able to plan your sessions.

This is where the detective work begins. This step of the journey allows us to delve deeper into the connection between unresolved emotions, traumas, and physical manifestations in the body.

Information taken from the Pre-session questionnaire and consultation will allow me to construct an M.A.T. Psychosomatic and Energetic Analysis to help identify links between emotional and physical pain. Once the links have been made, we can then work on moving forward with your healing journey

Parts work in Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic process of identifying, understanding, and interacting with the multiple sub-personalities or "parts" within oneself, which are viewed as having unique roles, emotions, and motivations. The goal of parts work is to cultivate a relationship between these parts and the core "Self"—a natural state of calm, curiosity, and compassion—to help parts release past burdens, heal from trauma, and transform into healthier, cooperative roles, ultimately leading to inner harmony and healing.

Energy Clearing & Energetic Body Rebuilding to get your mind, body and soul working together as one.

Clean and clear all 7 major and minor chakras to get your energy body working at a much higher vibration. This may well include any dark energies, Demons, A.I, earthbound spirits and entities that may be attached to your energetic body.

If we have time while still in the Theta brainwave state, we will do Quantum Travel and ask questions of the Higher Self. This part of the process is about finding your own strength, building your confidence and getting answers to your lifelong questions. The higher self will show you how to stay strong, controlling your mind and emotions and most of all keeping your chakras clear.

Total session time of 120 - 150 Minutes

By doing the Energy Clearing, Energetic Body Rebuilding and Higher Self sessions this route will be the best path to removing, solving and healing any energetic and physical body problems.

Note: The maximum time you can be under hypnosis is 2.5 hours and, if we are getting close to that time without getting to the Higher Self section, we may have to come complete with a split session.

Sometimes, Entity Removal, Energetic Body Rebuilding, Quantum Travel and, Higher Self session can take longer than anticipated. So if this happens, we have to do something called a “Split Session” as the mind can only be under hypnosis for a maximum time of 2.5 hours.

This usually means that we conduct the Quantum Travel (Past Life Regression) and Higher self together on a separate session. I do still check that all Chakras and auras have held and are still clean and clear.

You might not be able to travel here the first time. If you have not dealt with any trauma or big event in your life and, your psyche is holding on to that strong emotion sometimes people struggle to get to their inner landscape. I would recommend getting some “Parts” work sessions booked in, so any trauma or strong emotion, has been faced and released first.

Here you will meet parts of yourself which will give answers to possible phobias through trauma that your mind has locked away. After working through this process and taking you through 3 important days, we then move forward to the Higher Self and ask the questions that you wish to ask.
