Hi, I’m Christopher.

I am a Psychosomatic, Biochemic & Energetic Body Practitioner. I help and cure people experiencing chronic pain, unresolved illness & pains, bone, hair & skin problems, insomnia, heart problems, depression and anxiety, to name a few. I first do this by conducting a Psychosomatic Analysis of you and your problems and discussing my findings, followed by prescribing tissue salts and/or undergoing session work with myself.

A psychosomatic analysis paints the picture of your “stuck” instincts, hormonal releases, depleted cells, affected glands and energy centres within your body, showing you the links between the physical pain or problem in or on the body and the unprocessed and stuck energy in the autonomic nervous system and energy nodes, linking it with the mind.

I combine psychosomatics, Internal Family Systems, and biochemistry to show you why you feel the way you do and why the presenting problem is present. When you understand your hormones and instincts, and listen to what your body and subconscious mind are trying to communicate, your body and mind will heal. This is because you have changed your hormonal release within the body, improved cellular structure and rebalanced energy nodes. You will remove physical and emotional pain.

I can answer what the medical industry can’t. All completed naturally and without medical industry drugs.

I work with “all” of you…

The system can’t heal unless it feels safe. And when I say system, I’m referring to the human system, the trinity of beingpsyche-soma-pneuma; the mind, body and soul. The three main parts which make you, you. And if the three are not aligned, balanced or feeling safe, you won’t heal or be the best version of yourself. The main reasons people don’t feel safe are either their “internal” environment, lack of emotional control and/or dissociation of behavioural instincts. Most practitioners or self-healing journeys only work with one of the parts of your system, not the whole system. Like I do. When you come to work with me, I work with the mind, body and soul. Whether it’s chronic pain, trauma, depression, anxiety or wanting to be a better, more focused and connected person. I work with all of you as a whole, as a system.

Quick Fact:

The autonomic nervous system sees and reads both physical and emotional pain as the same thing, which is why people get physical pains/symptoms from emotional pain and why emotional stress can be very painful.

The 4 step approach

Step 1. Psychosomatics - Analysis (Body) = To identify any cell imbalances, locked emotions, stuck instincts, hormone releases and affected energy centres. Creating links between life experiences and the physical & emotional illness or pain the body is experiencing. Allow me to plan a route forward with any further steps.

Step 2. Biochemical - Cell Salts (Body) =  When the body has been subjected to high levels of cortisol, such as when subjected to chronic pain, anxiety, depression, suppression and/or loneliness, for instance, you need to restore balance to the nervous system and adrenals. Cell Salts: Tissue salts contain vital minerals to help the body to reset and reconnect. Helping the body to accept the new lower levels of “normal” bodily hormone releases, without the internal fear of change, when undergoing psychological and emotional healing. I can determine what cell salts are needed from the Psychosomatic Analysis.

Step 3. Interoceptive Awareness (Mind) = This is not always needed, but is necessary for people who have suffered with pain, anxiety and depression for some time. This helps the body and mind to communicate more clearly with each other, allowing for long-term healing without the problem coming back. It works by connecting conscious and subconscious thinking, which helps develop a deep understanding of why you act and react to your “internal & external” environment and connect the dots between internal and external pain.

Step 4. Energy Body Rebalancing (Soul) = Shifting negative energy, leading the way for clarity. This is not always needed, but sometimes necessary to complete the trinity, especially when you have been a subject of high-impact trauma, memory loss, or have been suffering with pain for some time.

When you understand the connection between the mind, body and soul, the journey really begins. Understanding the real reason why the lion always hunts the weakest prey.

Claire Wallace - Northumberland

“I have just had an amazing session with Chris and I highly recommend him. Not only is Chris extremely professional and pays attention to detail. He is very empathic and has a fantastic approach in his psycho-spiritual technique to treat trauma from the root cause. If anyone is looking to treat trauma and PTSD from the root cause then have a session with him I assure you, you won't be disappointed. Within a few minutes we had gained fantastic rapport and I found him easy to talk to. If I could give him 11 out of 10 stars I would.”

Parts Work - Internal Family Systems (I.F.S)

Within parts work therapy, you achieve resolution by recognising disowned parts and giving these parts a voice. The goal is to help you develop an embodied sense of “self” that can compassionately hold your emotions, vulnerable sensations, and young parts of “self”.

Metaphysical Anatomy Technique (M.A.T)

Metaphysical Anatomy Technique (MAT) is a modality that explores the connection between emotions, traumas, and physical manifestations in the body. Unresolved emotions can become stored in the body, leading to physical discomfort or illness. M.A.T. aims to release these stored emotions and traumas, allowing for healing and a more balanced life, without necessarily requiring the individual to relive the traumatic experience or event.

Quick Note:

I understand it can be hard to reach out for the first time.

This is why I’m offering an initial free Pre-consultation to help with that first step.

I look forward to meeting you. Many thanks Christopher
