Refunds and Cancellation Policy:-

1. If you wish to rearrange your session with Christopher Holt, please give 48 hours’ notice to move the appointment to another mutually convenient time. Please be aware that Christopher Holt gets booked up in advance, so this may be another 3 weeks away.

2. If you miss the scheduled session time, with no proof of trying to connect at the time. No refund will be given, session will be cancelled and rescheduled dates and times will be sent over to you.

3. If you give Christopher 48 hours’ notice of Cancellation, Christopher will return the money to you (less PayPal/ transaction fees). If you cancel (and do not want to rearrange) with less than 48 hours’ notice of the session date, the fee will be kept as a donation towards a charity of Christopher’s choice.

4. All free consultations are strictly 30 minutes only.

5. It is the responsibility of the client to provide a stable internet connection on their network and attend the session with a working speaker and microphone or headset that has a microphone. If the session is unable to be completed due to internet connection or problems on the clients network and the session is unable to be completed no refund will be given for the lost of time.
