Sometimes this is needed to clear and rebalance your Energetic Body. We can attract low and stagnant energy that stays with us and continues to lower our energy. Basically, keeping us in a low emotional state, keeping you in fear, pain and/or confusion. My job is to rebuild these energy centres to help get your mind, body and soul working together as one.
