Lower back problems often indicate financial difficulties and feelings of financial responsibility for others. When there is no logical structure in your financial affairs, it can trigger pain. You may feel confused about your responsibilities and what they should be. Often, you feel burdened by maintaining peace and balance at home. You might struggle to know when to act as a provider, when to offer emotional support, and when to simply facilitate. You feel rushed, with little time to complete everything required. You may think, "this project or person's need is urgent. It must be dealt with now because I am relied upon. If I fail, everyone will think I am a failure."
You may feel that your worth is tied to your role, believing you are not good enough or deserving of what others have. You work harder than others to gain acceptance. Someone might have made you feel guilty about your financial responsibilities. You often lack the self-worth to say no or set boundaries with loved ones, making it easy for dominant individuals to manipulate you. In childhood, you may have learned that your place in life is not among authority figures. You feel devalued if you do not hold an important role, such as a provider. You only feel motivated when you feel accepted; without acceptance, motivation wanes, and feelings of failure set in.

Perhaps you have lost a job, a role, or a position that once made you feel important. How do you feel about this loss?
